Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as updated by Directive 2023/2673, effective 19 June 2026) and applicable UK consumer law, customers in the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the form below. We will process your request and reply within 14 days. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.
