ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

All Noble Giants products are print-on-demand items 
produced specifically when an order is placed. Each 
product is made to order and has not been previously 
owned or used.

UNITED STATES AND NON-EU MARKETS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of 
preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. 
Please consult our size guides carefully before ordering.

We will provide a full refund or free replacement if:
— The item arrives damaged or defective
— The print quality is significantly below the standard shown
— You received the wrong item

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at 
orders@noblegiants.com within 14 days of delivery, 
including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to request the return of the 
defective item before issuing a refund or replacement.

EUROPEAN UNION — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Noble Giants is committed to full compliance with the 
EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Currently, Noble Giants does not process orders for 
customers in the European Union. When EU sales resume, 
the following terms will apply in full:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase 
within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without 
providing any reason, under Article 9 of Directive 
2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 
14-day period expires using the withdrawal form below 
or by sending a clear written statement to:

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that 
are made to the consumer's personal specifications or 
that are clearly personalised, under Article 16(c) 
of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Products personalised with custom information provided 
by the customer — such as items including a custom pet 
name or custom text chosen at the time of purchase — 
are exempt from the right of withdrawal once production 
has begun. This exception will be clearly communicated 
at the point of purchase before the order is confirmed.

REFUNDS AFTER WITHDRAWAL

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Noble Giants 
will reimburse all payments received from you, including 
standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the 
date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received 
the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, 
whichever is earlier.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense 
unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method 
used for the original purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For EU and UK customers exercising their right of 
withdrawal or cancellation, the cost of returning 
the goods is borne by the customer unless the 
product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

This information is provided in accordance with 
Article 14(1) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By 
completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you 
are responsible for return shipping costs in the 
event of withdrawal.

UNITED KINGDOM — RIGHT TO CANCEL

Noble Giants is committed to compliance with the 
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and 
Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Currently, Noble Giants does not process orders for 
customers in the United Kingdom. When UK sales resume, 
UK consumers will have the right to cancel a purchase 
within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

The same personalisation exception described above 
for EU consumers applies to UK consumers.

To cancel, contact us at orders@noblegiants.com 
within the 14-day cancellation period.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS — ALL MARKETS

Regardless of market, if you receive a defective, 
damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at 
orders@noblegiants.com within 14 days of delivery 
with your order number and clear photographs of the 
issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund 
at no cost to you.
