This woodblock-style print places a harlequin Great Dane — white coat with irregular black patches — in full standing profile at the shoreline. Behind him, the iconic navy and ivory curling wave rises in layered foam crests, rendered in the flat graphic style of ukiyo-e. A partially visible wooden boat sits low in the dark water to the left.
